Jennifer Schmitz has studied flamenco dance for over ten years with artists from across the United States and Spain and has performed in theaters and tablaos in New York, Minneapolis, and Madison.  Upon moving to Madison in 2006, she began teaching an introductory flamenco dance class and studying and performing with Tania Tandias Flamenco & Spanish Dance.  She is a student of flamenco herself and deeply appreciates all of the artists who have shared their knowledge and expression of flamenco with students of all backgrounds.
